Web Enrollment Services
A customized website is available for employees to access information about their benefit choices, enroll in the benefit programs and print a confirmation statement that confirms all their entries. For employees who may not have Internet access, web enrollment can be combined and integrated with telephonic enrollment.
Telephonic Enrollment Services
This service is provided through an inbound and outbound enrollment call center. Licensed (Group 1) benefit counselors are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Standard Time to answer employees’ detailed coverage questions and assists them in the enrollment process. Employees will receive a confirmation statement (mailed to their place of residence). All calls are recorded and the recordings are stored with the employee record. This added service provides valuable documentation in the event one needs to confirm or clarify employees’ election choices or voluntary termination of benefits.
Paper Enrollment Services
The Boon Group® provides customized enrollment forms that outline the benefit options and cost of benefits provided along with an enrollment brochure.
We also assist employers in the preparation of enrollment brochures, customized enrollment letters and distribution to all eligible employees’ places of work or residence. Reminder postcards can also be generated and mailed to employees prior to the close of the open enrollment and/or election period. This correspondence is also sent to new hires on an ongoing basis.
